2What are DrGL® products made of?
All our products are developed by Dr Georgia Lee and her team and are made with the best-possible ingredients in Japan and Korea.
3Are DrGL® products tested on animals?
No! We prefer to test on real people, especially those who use our products and will give it to us straight, and help us formulate the best products.

5How is DrGL® different to other brands?
Our products are effective, gender-neutral, and multi-functional. We believe that skin is skin, and our products are made for everyone regardless of your gender, age, or ethnicity. Our skincare is formulated for maximum efficacy, and minimum fuss, and you can always use them in multiple ways. Take them with you on your daily commute, leave them at work, and travel with them. Use them often and well.
6Why doesnt DrGL® launch products more frequently?
All our products are created by Dr Georgia Lee and her team, and each is a unique, patented formula. Each product goes through multiple iterations and many rounds of testing before we are satisfied to bring them to you. All our products are also tested at independent toxicologist labs in the EU, and are approved by the EU FDA.

8How can I reset my password to my online account?

What skin types are DrGL® products most suitable for?
Our products are formulated for all skin types and conditions, including sensitive skin. We test every batch at independent labs to ensure that they are safe for use. Our formulations have also passed assessments by independent toxicologists, and have been tested to be compatible with our packaging.
Do DrGL® product expire?
All our products have their expiration dates clearly printed on the packaging. In general, we recommend that our products be used within 3 years of manufacture, or the number of months after opening as specified in our packaging, where available, to ensure optimal product quality and efficacy.
Do DrGL® products oxidise?
All our products are good for us until the expiration dates specified on the packaging, and if recommended storage conditions are adhered to. Failing which, accelerated oxidation might occur in the products that contain high levels of vitamin C.
Are DrGL® products cruelty free?
We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.

Are DrGL® products prescription?
The products available on DrGL.com are NOT medical products. No claims or representations are being made as to any medically therapeutic properties or benefits associated with the products.
Are there parabens in DrGL® products?
Yes, we use parabens in small percentages as preservatives in our products.
Do DrGL® products contain silicones?
Yes. Silicones perform a wide variety of functions in cosmetics and skin care, and we use them where we deem it necessary. However, we understand that some silicones are damaging to the environment. We adhere to EU restrictions on the use of silicones to ensure that our customers’ and environmental concerns are not compromised.
Are DrGL® products alcohol free?
Most of our products do not contain alcohol, however, our Post-Cleanser Step 2 and Toner Oil-Control do contain small amounts of alcohol. Rest assured that they will not dry your skin out. Other products containing alcohol: Moisturiser Anti-Aging, Hair Repair Treatment Conditioner, Sun Protection Mist.
In skincare products, alcohol functions as a preservative, and primes skin for the better penetration of the product, and to lighten the textures of creams. Fatty alcohols are also used as emulsifiers.
Why does DrGL® Sun Protection Mist only have 29 SPF?
Our Sun Protection Mist is SPF29 and this gives you sufficient UV protection for daily use. If you experience more sun exposure, we recommend reapplying Sun Protection Mist after towel drying, swimming or perspiring, or at least every 2 hours. It works well over makeup and its lightweight texture means that it can be easily layered on without clogging pores.
Are DrGL® products suitable for use while pregnant?
Congratulations! What great news! Our products are formulated with the utmost care for everyone regardless of age, gender or ethnicity, and are safe for use during pregnancy.
I ordered a defective DrGL® product, what can i do?
We frequently re-formulate our products to include new and better ingredients or to do away with others. Some of these re-formulations give rise to products which smell a little different from the older versions. Please rest assured that the change in scent in no way affects that efficacy of the product. If you have more questions, please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com.
How will i know if my DrGL® product has expired?
Our products like to stay as fresh and current as you, so they have undergone independent laboratory tests in Europe/Japan/Korea on their product shelf lives. We intend for our products to weather all of life’s seasons with you, and while our products can be left in extreme heat or cold for short periods of time without affecting their efficacy, they do get cold feet or become too hot to handle which may result in a slight change in product texture. Please check the expiry date on the packaging of each box/bottle, and the storage advice to ensure that your products stay fresh all the time.

Can you purchase on drgl.com website without having n account?
To make a purchase on DrGL.com, we require you to register an account with us. This lets you accumulate points with every spend which you’ll be able to use towards earning rewards.
Can i test (try) DrGL® products before purchasing?
Unfortunately, as an online store, we are unable to let you test or see the products physically. Please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com if you need help selecting the best product for your skin.
If you’re in Singapore, all our products are available at all our DrSpa® and DrHair® outlets. Please see here for your nearest location.
For countries with a retail presence, you may wish to visit your nearest counter to test our products.
Can i amend/cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com within 2 working days from your online purchase, with your order number, if you would like to cancel or modify your order. We usually process orders as soon as we receive them but we’ll try our best to fulfil your request.
How can i check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. We’ll send you a second email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you have any further questions regarding your order, please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com
How do i use a promo code?
Simply apply your promo code during checkout. Please note that all DrGLⓇ promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Only one promo code can be used at any one time.*
*Offers that are advertised on our website without a promo code will be automatically applied at checkout. In this instance, separate promo codes can be used in conjunction with the aforementioned advertised offers.
Do i have to pay for duties & tax?
SINGAPORE
The local Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 7% is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore tax regulations. You are not required to pay any additional costs.
INTERNATIONAL
Please note that deliveries outside of Singapore may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of tax and duties in accordance with local legislations. You or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional charges by local authorities. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice should this occur. Please check with your local authorities on your tax responsibilities and rights before placing an order. In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred and you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you will have to bear the charges for all return charges, including any return taxes and/or duties incurred.
How do i know if my order has been confirmed?
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes to inform you that your order has been received. If you did not receive an email (please check your junk mail folder), this means that we have not received your order and no payment has been received by DrGL.com
How to locate my order confirmation number?
You can find your order confirmation number in the order confirmation email. Otherwise, you may log in to your account and click on ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
In the rare event when an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will process a refund for this item and shipping charges (if any).
I'm unable to place an order. What should I do?
We suggest closing your browser, and clearing the cache before ordering again. If this problem persists, please take a screenshot of the page where the problem occurred and send it to us at cs@a-drbrand.com. We will do our best to assist you.
Billing FAQs
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay), PayPal, and Alipay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can i do if my payment has been declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Will DrGL.com store my payment information?
DrGL.com does not store any customer’s card information. All card information is directly transacted in a secure manner to PayPal or Stripe, our payment gateway provider.
How can i check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
