Can I return or exchange my products?
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope that you enjoy using what you have ordered. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, and the fact that it is difficult to be certain, even on inspection, if an item has been opened or if the packaging has been compromised in any way, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
What should i do if my item arrived damaged or is defective?
Please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com with your order number and the information on the ordered item(s) for a refund or exchange within 21 days upon receipt of your order. We will endeavour to offer you assistance within 3 business days.
We will make arrangements to collect the unused/defective product and be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, excluding your original shipping charges and any discount applied. Please do not discard defective items as we require them to be returned to us. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping costs unless the return was a result of our error.

What should i do if i recieve the wrong product?
Sorry! If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com immediately so we can get the right product to you. Please do not open the item or dispose of it. We will arrange to have it sent back to us. We’re unable to exchange any wrong product once it has been opened, even if it hasn’t been used.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Your payment will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 14 working days after we have received your items.
Please note that the processing time may vary for different issuing banks, in some cases, it may take longer than 14 working days.

What do i do if i get an allergic reaction to a product?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com immediately for assistance. In General, we advise you to look at the ingredients list of the product you’re interested in before making a purchase.
When you receive a new product, we also strongly advise you to perform a patch test on your elbow before trying the product on your face. Should you develop an adverse reaction (such as a rash or other irritation), discontinue use of the product immediately.
