Within Singapore, DrGL® offers complimentary delivery on all nett orders above $40.For those residing in Germany and Thailand, please refer to our stockists list for our International Retailers.
Where does DrGL® ship to?
DrGL® ships globally to nearly every destination, some restrictions apply. We are working on bringing DrGL® everywhere around the world. Unfortunately, some items cannot be shipped overseas. If you face difficulties placing an international order, please contact us at cs@a-drbrand.com for assistance.
What are the shipping / delivery options?
SINGAPORE
We offer complimentary courier delivery for all Singapore orders S$40 nett and above. Our couriers deliver from Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 10pm (GMT +8) (Excluding Public Holidays).
INTERNATIONAL
We ship to most countries with the exception of the following -
Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam,Thailand, China, India, Korea, Spain, Russia
Middle East (except Qatar), Mexico, Uruguay
Please note: We are unable to ship orders above 3kg internationally.
When will my order be shipped? How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you’re anxious to receive your products, so we always try our best to process your order as quickly as we can.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please email us at cs@a-drbrand.com to amend your shipping address as soon as possible upon placing your order.
Otherwise, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been processed.. Please check your address details before you checkout.
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, we will not be liable for any replacement or refund. Please note that you will have to bear any additional costs for change of address for parcels with wrong/invalid addresses.

Are there any areas you do not ship/deliver to?
SINGAPORE
We require a signature upon delivery for all orders. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, restricted areas and off-island areas. Restricted areas include (but are not limited to) all airport areas (Changi Airport and Seletar Airport), Cargo Complex, PSA Terminals, military bases and protected areas, Jurong Island, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints.
